PROCEDURE FOR ARTIST SUBMISSIONS:

Artists interested in exhibiting at phd should submit CD-ROMS (preferred), VIDEO, DVDs, or SLIDES only. DO NOT SUBMIT ORIGINAL ARTWORK.

Please provide the following in your submission:
  1. Representation of your work: Maximum of 20 images. (If you submit slides, they must be in a plastic sheet. Duplicates only.)
  2. Please include a corresponding description with your images. Please include a price list.
  3. Cover Letter
  4. Resume
  5. Artist statement (250 words maximum)
  6. Self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) Materials will not be returned without a SASE
